(2) You may open the shipping box for inspection, but the product packaging must remain intact during verification and return.

(3) "Resalable condition" requires:

Original box without dents, moisture, or defects.

(4) Free gifts must be included in returns.

(5) Return shipping fees are customer-borne for non-defective returns (including round-trip freight for undelivered orders).

Orders ≥ $90: free shipping.

Orders <$ 90: $9.9 flat fee.
